Volunteer for the Dallas Race 

Time is running out to volunteer for the Dallas Race for the Cure. You have now thru October 14th to register as a Race Volunteer. The Race is not possible without volunteers, and we want you!

Let’s Taco ‘Bout It

In honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Taco Cabana will be shining its signature color of pink brightly, by partnering with Susan G. Komen®!

From October 1 through October 31. For each Loaded Queso sold, not only will $1 be donated to Komen but it will also be served in a keepsake pink football-shaped plastic container, that is reusable and dishwasher safe, for guests to take home and honor their role in the fight against breast cancer. This special offer is available at all of its participating Taco Cabana locations in Texas during the month of October.

Research in Texas

We are proud to announce that Susan G. Komen® recently revealed that they will invest in 62 new grants for a total of nearly $26 million. Their  focus will be on aggressive and metastatic breast cancers, with over $3 million directly funding research here in Texas. Learn more here.

Wacoal 

This year marks the 18th anniversary of Wacoal’s Fit for the Cure® program benefiting Susan G. Komen®! For every woman who gets a professional bra fitting at an event, Wacoal will donate $2 to Komen (no purchase necessary). Wacoal will also donate $2 to Komen for every Wacoal bra, shapewear item or b.tempt’d bra purchased at these events.

Together with all other promotions conducted by Wacoal, Wacoal will donate an aggregate guaranteed minimum donation of $250,000.00 in 2018 to support Komen’s National Treatment Assistance program and other local community health programs. Find an event below or schedule an appointment here!

Stay for the Cure

You’ll sleep well knowing your stay will help provide life-saving breast health services in Dallas County. Wyndham Suites Dallas Park Central will donate 5% of all suites booked and stayed in from October 1st – 31st to Susan G. Komen® Dallas County.

Dine Out for the Cure®

Grub Burger Bar has teamed up with Susan G. Komen® for National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Throughout the month of October, Grub will offer their limited time Pink Velvet Shake, from which $1 of every sale will be donated to Komen’s Dine Out for the Cure.

Party in Pink

One Sette, a new nightclub in Dallas, is hosting a Party in Pink, Friday, October 19th.  All donations collected at the door will be donated to Susan G. Komen® Dallas County.  One Sette is definitely More Than Pink®.
